Is it OK to reach out at the very early stage of an idea?
Absolutely. We welcome conversations at the concept stage. From signing an NDA to recommending the right partner candidates, prototyping and scaling to mass production, we walk through every phase with you.

What languages do you work in?
Japanese, Mandarin Chinese (Traditional and Simplified), and English. Working closely with our Taiwan parent, we can also handle matching with Taiwan-side partner candidates as part of the same conversation.

What is the minimum order quantity?
It depends on the product category and format — enzyme drinks start at 1,000 bottles; patches are scoped case by case. Reach out and we'll share indicative MOQs and price ranges for your specific brief.

Can we engage you for prototyping only?
Yes. We accept prototyping-only briefs as well as engagements that begin at the proof-of-concept (POC) stage.

Can we just buy Taiwanese kampo materials?
